Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders within the United States. If you are local to the Indianapolis area, please inquire about local pick up options.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized boards. If your Wood Search arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery and we will create an exact replacement (minus the damage). We do ask that you include a photo of the damage so we can evaluate our shipping practices and improve when needed.
